Royal Atlantic will have discreet check in and boarding areas within the Royal Atlantic VIP lounge areas. Luggage will be taken by uniformed Royal Atlantic employees directly to the aircraft from the VIP suite. it will never be mixed up with the bags of other airlines. Consequently, the odds of bags being lost, strayed or stolen decrease significantly. Royal Atlantic will provide calm, hassle free check-in. In essence the service will be a "Way above and beyond the call of duty" operation which does not exist in regular commercial first class transatlantic travel today. It will be a combination of the luxury ocean liners of the 20's and 30's and the private jet of the millionaires of today.
No other airline will be able to provide the instantly recogniseable first class service. Regular first class just does not evoke the image that was projected in the 60's when first class was synonymous with legendary luxury. In first class today, there are slightly wider seats, slightly more leg room and fewer passengers in the cabin. But there is now more than ever, less difference between first and business class on most carriers today, and how often is the first class cabin full of up-graded passengers and staff passengers. On Royal Atlantic the guest will instantly recognise the ultimate luxury provided. guests will arrive at the airport by complimentary limousine or helicopter service. In our private lounge area, guests will be provided with the finest wines, champagne, drinks and hors d'oeurves. If they wish the will be able to dine on a full luxury restaurant style menu in the lounge prior to boarding the aircraft should they wish to sleep at once on the aircraft.
Whilst on the aircraft, guests will be attended to by an attractive, polite and multi-lingual cabin staff. We, unlike many international airlines appreciate that the cabin crew are our most precious asset and the success of the airline depends on the way they treat our guests at all times. With this in mind we intend to offer a most attractive employee package that will include a generous wage, sufficient time in overseas stations to enable the crew to offer a superior service when operating. The aircraft facilities will also include copiers, Email computer access and air to ground telephones.
The in-flight entertainment will consist of individual DVD players and TV screen in the private cabins and large screen players in the Flight Suites for each guest, with a full library of first run and old films, British & US television, MTV. Audio playback equipment including MP3 players and a large choice of classical and popular music. Power link ups for computers will be available at each seat. There will also be a satellite news service. In fact Royal Atlantic will ensure that guests are provided with the latest technology as it becomes available. There will be an in-flight library containing unique books, best sellers, and a broad range of US and European magazines and newspapers.
The in-flight gift program will include an assortment of treasures from London's best shops. No gift program on any airline will be this elaborate, this sophisticated, or this desirable. There will be selections for both men and women. The gifts will include:
1. Black or green velvet slippers with leather soles from Trickers of Jermyn Street.

We know the airline business at Royal Atlantic. Take our crew, the people who look after you on our aircraft. They've been trained to offer the perfect airline first class service, at the Royal Atlantic Aircrew Academy. Under the watchful eye of aviation professionals, they learn everything from how to serve your meal and drinks, how to look after you if you are not feeling well, to how to handle an emergency and everthing in between. There's a lot to learn. But when you're passionate about something there's only one way to do it, and that's the right way.
